2026 Tour de Chesapeake
Saturday I joined a group of eight riders for my first Tour de Chesapeake, a bike rally that winds through the back roads and alongside the waterways of Mathews County, Virginia. Over the course of 55 miles, we traced a route that showcased the county’s mix of farmland, forests, and coastal scenery. For a first‑time experience, it was a great introduction to the event and a fun way to explore coastal Mathews County.
