Pig Roast
Got to play sous chef at a pig roast on Saturday put on by Jonathan and Dan. Also had my first ride on GRTC bus in Richmond. Even owned the table at beer pong for a while.
Merrill and Bocian Wedding
This weekend many friends were in town for the wedding between Becky Merrill and Joe Bocian. They had a beautiful ceremony and reception at Celebrations on the banks of Swift Creek Reservoir. Here is a collection of photos taken by the Sloan, Espinoza, Merrill, Britton and Deutsch families.
Dodgeball Season
The 2010 Dodgeball season came to an end. Our team might have lost more games than we won, but we had a good time. Here are photos from our last game and below is a video.
Winter Snowfall
Richmond got quite a bit of snow fall this weekend. I spent some time Saturday outside hiking down to the river and shoveling the snow while taking pictures and video along the way. Check them out.

Shed Project
It’s finally fall which means it’s time again for home improvement projects. I took off most of the summer from doing projects and now that sailing and other things are winding down, it’s time to get going on a few things again.
Since I had a nice day, my project was to clean, re-configure and organize the shed. Originally there were shelves around 2 walls of the shed. I pulled them out and replaced them with movable shelves which provided a lot more shelve space. The end result is a somewhat clean shed that I can get around. At least until next weekend when something ‘else’ needs to go in the shed.
Housewarming
After many months of work on the house I finally got it in ship shape and threw a housewarming party. I was joined by friends from work, kickball, high school, soccer and others and everyone had a great time at the bar, play pool, or on the patio playing beer pong and flip cup. Thank you to everyone who came and I am looking forward to many more parties just like it. Here are photos.
